Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@chiisobotanics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
- You must return the item within 30 days of your return approval.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
